Studio Policies
General Studio Policies
Reservations are required for all classes and subject to availability.
All clients must wear grip socks in the studio at all times.
Standard booking window is a rolling 7-day period; our monthly members have a benefit of an early access 14-day booking window.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
Failure to cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time will result in a lost class credit for class pack members.
Unlimited members who cancel late will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.
Unlimited members who fail to show up for a class (no-show) will be charged a $30 fee.
All other late cancellations/no shows are subject to a class credit loss.
All Private Sessions are subject to a 12-hour cancellation period.
Cancellations made within this period will result in the loss of Session Credit.
Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class to ensure minimal disruption (later than 5 minutes after scheduled class start time).
Private Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift Card sales are non-refundable and, once activated, are non-transferable.
All clients must complete a waiver before attending their first class.
We reserve the right to cancel any class with less than 20% capacity at our discretion.
Disruptive behavior, such as phone usage and unnecessary conversation, is not permitted during class.
Photos and videos are allowed as long as they do not disrupt the class and no other clients appear in the content without their permission.
Pilates Method reserves the right to take promotional content such as photos and videos.
Class Preparation Tips
Best practices for making the most of your session.
Wear the right attire
– Opt for form-fitting, comfortable activewear that allows movement. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene.
Arrive early
– Get to class at least
10 minutes before start time
to check in, set up, and get familiar with the equipment.
Listen to your instructor
– Follow cues for proper form and alignment to maximize effectiveness.
Focus on control
– Pilates is about precision, so prioritize slow, controlled movements over speed.
Engage your core
– Activating your core throughout the session enhances stability and strength.
Communicate any injuries
– Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or limitations so they can offer modifications.
Stay consistent
– Regular practice leads to the best results and steady progress.
