FAQ

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable workout attire and grip socks (mandatory for safety). We provide all necessary equipment for your session. There is a water station where you can refill your water bottle.

How do I choose the right class for my level?

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our beginner-friendly signature Reformer Flow class to build a strong foundation.

What should I expect in my first session?

Your instructor will guide you through the basics of the Reformer, including how to use the machine, proper alignment, and controlled movements. Expect a full-body workout that enhances core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.

Can beginners join all classes?
Not all classes are beginner-friendly. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Reformer Flow and Jumpboard classes. Our Burn class is designed for intermediate to advanced clients and may be too challenging for beginners.
What is the difference between mat and reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with springs and pulleys to add resistance and support, offering a dynamic and full-body workout. Mat Pilates, on the other hand, is done on the floor using body weight and small props for resistance. At Pilates Method, we focus on Reformer classes for a guided, effective workout experience.
