Khalyah Sanchez

Khalyah is here to help you feel stronger, more confident, and totally unstoppable with Pilates. Her classes are fun, challenging, and always encouraging—because working hard doesn’t mean it can’t be enjoyable. Whether you’re here to sweat, sculpt, or just carve out some time for yourself, she’s got you covered.

She believes in pushing limits, but also in keeping things light and fun. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a pro, she’ll help you move with purpose and find your strength. Trust us, that post-workout glow is worth it!

When she’s not teaching, you’ll probably find her exploring the Asbury Park food scene with her boyfriend or chilling at home with her cat. Fitness, food, and fun are her top priorities, and she’s all about living a healthy, balanced life. Let’s get stronger together!

Nikki Febbraro

Nikki is all about making movement feel good. With just over a year of teaching experience, she loves helping people connect with their bodies, build strength, and celebrate every little victory along the way. Showing up is half the battle, and she’s here to cheer you on—while you sweat, laugh, and vibe !

Whether you’re just starting out or already a Pilates pro, Nikki will help you get stronger and feel amazing every step of the way.

Madison Rydholm

Born and bred on the Jersey Shore, Madison is a health and wellness enthusiast who fell head over heels for Pilates – and never looked back. After earning her Certified Personal Trainer and 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates certifications, she’s made it her mission to create feel-good, music-fueled flows that leave you stronger, more centered, and smiling. Outside the studio, Madison works full-time at Disney, loves trying new workout classes, and is always cooking up clean, wholesome meals at home.

Studio Space Overview

Our two-level studio is designed to provide a comfortable and inspiring place to practice. The ground floor features top-of-the-line equipment for private and small group sessions, while the second level is an open space for mat-based classes and future specialty programs. We’re always evolving and expanding to meet the needs of our community.
