General Studio Policies

  • All sessions require advanced booking.
  • We kindly ask clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts.
  • Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
  • Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes will not be permitted to join for safety reasons.
  • Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing a session.
  • Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to modify schedules and instructors as needed.
