Class Preparation Tips

Best practices for making the most of your session.

  • Wear the right attire – Opt for form-fitting, comfortable activewear that allows movement. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene.
  • Arrive early – Get to class at least 10 minutes before start time to check in, set up, and get familiar with the equipment.
  • Listen to your instructor – Follow cues for proper form and alignment to maximize effectiveness.
  • Focus on control – Pilates is about precision, so prioritize slow, controlled movements over speed.
  • Engage your core – Activating your core throughout the session enhances stability and strength.
  • Communicate any injuries – Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or limitations so they can offer modifications.
  • Stay consistent – Regular practice leads to the best results and steady progress.
